December 23, 1951 ~ April 13, 2018
Our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Linda Christine Julien, passed away peacefully on the afternoon of April 13, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born in Santa Ana, California, on December 23, 1951, to Hal Jerome Corcoran and Barbara Ruth Estep. She was married to Craig Kenneth Julien, on January 30, 1970, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple, sealed for time and all eternity.
She attended Brigham Young University before graduating from the University of Nevada-Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in music. She had a life-long love of music and the voice of an angel.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, after joining the church at the age of 17 in California. She served in many music callings throughout her life. She endured a long-term battle with diabetes, and all of the related complications, while raising her beautiful family of six children.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Craig K. Julien; son, David K. Julien (Kara); daughters: Jennifer E. Tate (Darrell), Shannon L. Fuller (Benjamin), Tara C. Bruce (Bartley), Julie A. Julien and Angela Stevenson (Ryan); sister, Betty Cole (Sidney); and 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Bobbie Connelly.
