Rye Cove's Callie Carter earns first team all-state honors in volleyball

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Rye Cove senior Callie Carter was named to the VHSL Group 1A all-state volleyball first team on Thursday.

Rappahannock County’s Julia Estes earned player of the year honors while Rappahannock’s Courtney Atkins was selected coach of the year.

Eastside senior Kaylee Jones was named second team all-state.
