Northeast State spring commencement ceremony May 7, Eastman's Golden to speak

JOHNSON CITY — Northeast State Community College celebrates a new class of graduates receiving degrees and certificates at the spring commencement ceremony on May 7 at Memorial Center on the campus of East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. The event begins at 7 p.m.

The 2019 class includes 1,422 students receiving a total of 1,770 associate degrees, technical certificates and academic certificates. David A. Golden, senior vice president and Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer for Eastman Chemical Company, will deliver the commencement address.
